Suzie encouraged Jacqueline to begin working with her over Ten Years ago when she launched Mistique Salon San Antonio, and together they opened Mistique Austin. This dynamic duo combines years of experience with a unique bond, resulting in a seamless and enjoyable experience for their clients. Their reputation for creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail has made them the go-to team for brides seeking flawless hair and makeup on their special day.

She has been an industry leader and a prominent figure in the airbrush tanning, makeup and styling business for over 30 years. As the owner of Mistique Salon for 7 years, she continues to have a passion and love for doing makeup and gives personalized attention to every client in her salon. Her exceptional talent and sense of makeup trend began at Saks Fifth Avenue. Shortly after working with Saks as a bridal consultant, the makeup account executives quickly took notice of Suzie’s artistic talent, as evidenced by her client loyalty and extensive referral network. Suzie moved on to become a makeup artist for fashion makeup lines such as YSL, Armani, Lancome, Neutrogena, Loreal, and Laura Mercier. While Suzie, a premier San Antonio makeup artist, enjoys regional notoriety from her clients, she is frequently called upon to utilize her skills at the national level—working with clients associated with Fox Network and ESPN Sports. She has been recognized for her talents locally in both print and media publications consisting of City Pages Magazine and the San Antonio Living Show on WOAI TV.

Jacqueline has been a dedicated and passionate makeup artist for the last 10 years, and is proudly serving makeup and tanning clients in Austin! Jacqueline grew up in San Antonio and moved to Austin in 2007 to go to the University of Texas in Austin. Throughout college, Jacqueline worked diligently as a regional event makeup artist for world renowned companies such as Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, and Giorgio Armani cosmetics and attended their highly rated training programs. Upon graduating with a Communication degree, Jacqueline became Account Executive and top Makeup Artist for Napoleon Perdis cosmetics for luxury retailers Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus for two years. As clientele grew to include bridal clients, and television and commercial clients, Jacqueline launched San Antonio’s top makeup salon in Austin. She is a bridal makeup expert, and provides customized consultations, as well as a top Airbrush Tanning specialist, offering you the best Bronze!
